1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AtulYash. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the software program provided by ATULYASH FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, located at 19-20-21, WORK CENTER, OLD INDUSTRIAL AREA, PANIPAT, Haryana-132103.

General Conditions

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payments & Wallet

  • Payment Processing: We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway for all product purchases.
  • AtulYash Wallet: We operate an internal wallet system. By using our service, you agree that all refunds will be credited exclusively to your AtulYash In-App Wallet.
  • Usage: Wallet credits can only be used for future purchases on the AtulYash Application. They cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred to other users, or redeemed for physical cash.

Shipping & Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to local logistics conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat, Haryana.

2. Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect Personal Data including your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address to facilitate deliveries and manage your account. While using the Application, we may also collect (with permission) your location and camera/photo library access for order-related features.

Use of Data & Razorpay

  • We use your data to manage your account and process orders.
  • Payment Security: We do not store your card or bank details. This information is processed directly by Razorpay. You can view their privacy policy at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.
  • Data Retention: Account information is generally retained for the duration of your relationship with us plus up to 24 months to resolve any disputes or legal claims.

Security

We use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is "In Transit," cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Rules (In-App Wallet)

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted for damaged products, incorrect items, or non-delivery due to Company error.
  • Method of Refund: Upon approval, the refund amount will be credited to your AtulYash In-App Wallet.
  • No Source Refunds: We do not offer refunds back to the original payment source (Bank/Credit Card/UPI). All approved refunds stay within the AtulYash ecosystem as credits for future orders.
  • Timeline: Wallet credits will typically reflect in your account within 24–48 hours after approval.
