1. Information We Collect

To maintain a safe and efficient delivery network, we collect the following:

• Onboarding Data: Full name, permanent address, profile photo, and contact details.
• Verification Documents: Government-issued IDs (Aadhaar, PAN), Driving License, Vehicle Registration (RC).

2. Real-Time Location Tracking (Critical)

• Continuous Tracking: We collect your precise location data when the AtulYash Delivery App is running in the foreground or background on your device.
• Purpose: Tracking is used to:
  • Assign orders based on your proximity to the Hub.
  • Calculate your distance-based payouts.
  • Ensure your safety and optimize delivery routes.
• Control: Tracking stops only when you go "Offline" or log out of the Application.

3. Performance and Usage Data

We collect data regarding your performance on the platform, including:

• Order acceptance and rejection rates.
• Average time taken for pickups and deliveries.
• Customer ratings and feedback.
• App usage patterns and device battery/network status to troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

Your data is shared with the following parties:

• Customers: We share your Name, Profile Photo, and Real-time Location with the customer so they can receive their order.
• Law Enforcement: In the event of traffic accidents, theft, or legal disputes, we will share your data with the relevant authorities.
• Service Providers: We share your details with background verification agencies and insurance providers (if applicable).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal and professional data for the duration of your engagement with AtulYash. After termination of the partnership, we retain records for up to 5 years to comply with tax, audit, and legal requirements under Indian law.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Correction: You can update your bank details or contact information through the Partner App.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You may stop sharing location data by going offline, though this will prevent you from receiving new orders.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive documents (like PAN and Bank details). However, you are responsible for keeping your App login credentials secure.
