I've been using this aata for a few weeks now, and the quality is genuinely impressive. The texture is soft and finely milled, which makes kneading the dough extremely easy. What I liked most is that the rotis come out perfectly fluffy, light, and stay soft for hours—something you don’t get with regular store-bought aata. The aroma is fresh, and you can clearly feel the difference in taste. It also absorbs water well, so the dough doesn’t get sticky or hard. Another plus point is that it feels pure—no dryness or odd smell that sometimes comes with low-quality flour. Overall, this aata delivers great taste, softness, and freshness. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smells just like home! "Opening the packet of Atulyash Aata reminds me of the flour mills (chakki) back in my village. The aroma is so fresh! The rotis puff up perfectly and have that natural sweetness that is missing in other commercial brands. It feels like a premium product. 10/10 recommendation.
